applesauce {sequel to apple picking}.

A couple weeks ago we decided to make applesauce with our lovely 5 boxes of apples

 (though we really only used 4 boxes) :)

Feeling like you accomplished something is always nice! :o)

88 quarts of which we used 5 for apple butter (yum!)!!! 

And the last box of apples is being put to good use for pies, apple crisp, apple cake

 and of course the "new" recipes that we all try :o)
